West End House is dedicated.

It is located at 16 Blossom Street. Donated by James Jackson Storrow, the new building contains two libraries, six club rooms, a gymnasium, showers, and locker rooms. The facility closes temporarily in 1966, then reopens in its current location (fourth) on Allston Street in 1971.* The Blossom Street building is subsequently purchased by Massachusetts General Hospital.
